Nationally recognized drug and alcohol treatment facility, Cumberland Heights celebrated its newest Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment facility with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, Dec. 11. The public was invited to tour the facility and watch as the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce unveiled a plaque and officially declared December 11 “Cumberland Heights Day.”
The Chamber bestowed honor as a result of Cumberland Heights’ contribution to the community as a new business leader and as an organization that has helped to stimulate the growth of existing business through leadership.
The new center offers a well respected Adult Program comprised of four weekly sessions. The 3,000-square-foot facility features three group rooms to accommodate activities and therapy sessions for 20 patients and their families. A youth program will be offered soon.
Cumberland Heights opened the facility this summer to provide access to high quality addiction treatment in East Tennessee and the surrounding states.
