God is Not Looking for Perfection

Sunday Sermon: When God Reaches out for us, God is not Looking for Perfection

“God finds ways to disrupt our lives to remind us that there is something more for our lives. The good news is that when God reaches out for us, God is not looking for perfection. God chooses the ordinary. God chooses the flawed…the very human. God disrupts our lives to do the extraordinary with us. God disrupted the lives of Bill W and Dr. Bob to help create this program which touches millions of lives. And God disrupts our lives so that we can be of service to God’s people.”

Scripture text is Luke 1: 26-39, 47-55
