Are you clouded with guilt and shame because of something you’ve done in the past? Are you stuck in anger, hurt or resentment? In recovery, we don’t want to erase these feelings, but we also can’t allow them to obscure our present moment. We must deal with these feelings in a healthy way so we can see what is in front of us.
