About Our Guest

In this episode of Conversations with Cumberland Heights, we’re joined by Kelly Scaggs, the first female President & CEO of Fellowship Hall. With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, Kelly’s journey began in 2008 as a family therapist at Fellowship Hall, where she quickly rose to Clinical Director in 2015 and made history as CEO in 2023.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a Master of Social Work, and a Master of Health Administration. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Outside of Fellowship Hall, Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers and the Board of Advisors for Appalachian State University’s Beaver School of Health Sciences. Her dedication to advancing addiction treatment has made her a respected leader in the field.
