Marti shares how her personal experience with her son’s recovery journey inspired her to leave her corporate career and devote herself full-time to coaching other parents on a similar path.

Marti Roveda is a parent coach, advocate, and founder of Equanimity Parent Coaching and the parent support program at ARCH Academy. Since 2021, she has dedicated herself to coaching parents of adolescents grappling with substance misuse, co-occurring disorders, and neurodivergence. In 2023, inspired by the success of the ARCH program and the support of her own family and community, Marti made the bold decision to leave her corporate career to focus full-time on helping parents find clarity, resilience, and healing. Her story is one of transformation — from a mother navigating her son’s recovery to a trusted guide for others on the same path.
