Alexis Salyer serves as the Director of Still Waters for Women at Cumberland Heights, where she has been an integral part of the team for six years. With a background in healthcare administration, Alexis initially entered the field without prior experience in behavioral health but was deeply inspired by her own journey of recovery and the care she received at Cumberland Heights. Her passion for addiction treatment stems from witnessing the transformation in clients—seeing the light return to their eyes and knowing they carry it with them for years to come.

Outside of her work, Alexis is a devoted wife and a proud new mother to her two-month-old daughter. She also has two dogs – Dolly, a golden retriever, and Bill Wilson, a dachshund. Her journey, both personally and professionally, is a testament to the power of recovery and the profound impact of compassionate care.
