Dr. Amanda Lewis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction recovery. As Chief Outpatient Clinical Officer at Cumberland Heights, she oversees clinical programming to ensure our Intensive Outpatient Programs provide the highest quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care.
Amanda’s background includes direct practice in group, individual, and family therapy, as well as intake assessment and crisis management. She has presented extensively on topics such as suicide prevention, co-occurring disorders, and level-of-care assessment. Her clinical expertise includes transdiagnostic assessment and treatment planning, especially in populations with complex behavioral health needs.
Amanda earned both her Master of Social Work and Doctor of Social Work degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her leadership reflects a dedication to innovation, compassion, and outcomes that matter.
