Amy Lutz

Development Coordinator

Amy Lutz has served as the Development Coordinator at Cumberland Heights since 2018. With a background in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations, she brings a deep passion for connecting people to meaningful causes. Prior to joining Cumberland Heights, Amy held roles as Associate Director of Annual Giving at Belmont University and Development Associate at Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The University of the South (Sewanee).

Amy was drawn to Cumberland Heights by the opportunity to be part of a mission that truly transforms lives. She finds deep fulfillment in hearing stories of alumni who have found hope and healing, and takes pride in showing donors how their generosity makes those stories possible.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys reading, practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering at her church. Her dedication to service and community shines through in both her professional and personal life.
