Ashley Goodrich is a seasoned mental health professional with over 15 years of experience in clinical leadership and substance use treatment, as well as nearly 20 years in personal recovery. Her work reflects a deep commitment to expanding access to care and supporting individuals on their path to healing.
Ashley has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial vision throughout her career. As the former CEO of A SilverLining Counseling, Inc., she launched and managed inpatient and outpatient programs, overseeing operations ranging from insurance credentialing to staff development. She also served as Owner and Director of A Recovery Place, where she implemented dual-diagnosis treatment tracks and partnered with county accountability courts.
Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. Ashley is passionate about creating comprehensive, community-connected care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets.
