Brandy Bell serves as the Collections Coordinator in the Patient Accounts Department at Cumberland Heights, where she has been a dedicated team member for nearly 28 years. She began her journey in 1998 in the Benefits Department before moving into insurance collections and eventually being promoted to her current role.
Brandy brought healthcare experience with her from Cigna, where she worked right out of high school. While she didn’t have a background in addiction treatment when she started, she was eager to learn—especially with addiction impacting some of her own family members. Over the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for the life-changing work done at Cumberland Heights. Hearing stories from patients and families who credit CH with saving their lives remains the most rewarding part of her work.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys cheering on her daughter Addison at the softball field, thrift shopping, and rooting for the Tennessee Vols. She is currently facing Metastatic Breast Cancer with courage and grace, embracing every moment with strength and gratitude.
