Primary Counselor

Caitlin Casey serves as a Primary Counselor in the Men’s Program at Cumberland Heights. She joined the team in 2022, beginning her journey as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Women’s, Young Men’s, and Extended Care programs while also providing float case management. She later transitioned into a Case Manager role before stepping into her current position.

Caitlin holds a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification and is actively working toward becoming a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC). With six years in recovery herself, Caitlin was drawn to the field after discovering her purpose through early work in sober living. She finds deep fulfillment in watching the transformation that occurs when patients reconnect with hope and begin to heal.

Outside of work, Caitlin is happily married and the proud mom of her 10-year-old son and adopted son, Teague. She enjoys fishing, crocheting, and cheering on her favorite team—Go Vols!
