Carol Jane McKaskle joined Cumberland Heights as a Business Development Representative in 2023. Initially covering North Mississippi and West Tennessee, she recently returned to her hometown of Nashville, where she now focuses on developing new relationships with attorneys, legal and government systems, and community organizations in Middle Tennessee.

With a background in criminal defense, Carol Jane spent six years as a paralegal at a high-volume law firm, where she saw firsthand the devastating impact of addiction. She often served as a resource for those in need of treatment guidance, which, combined with her personal connections to recovery, fueled her passion for helping others find healing.

Carol Jane is a proud mom of two children and a dog, Izzy. She enjoys yoga, outdoor adventures, and time with family and friends. Having spent much of her youth at Cumberland Heights—including participating in the Children’s Family Program—she feels honored to now be part of the mission that has shaped her life for nearly 20 years.
