Chad Darling joined Cumberland Heights in 2025 as Director of Nursing and Infection Control Officer, bringing over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience.
His career began at the bedside in emergency medicine, where he discovered a passion for supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Since then, Chad has dedicated his career to advancing compassionate, patient-centered care. His recent work in community mental health further deepened his commitment to improving access, safety, and quality of care within the recovery community.
Chad lives in Clarksville with his wife and their four children. In his free time, he enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, playing music, and spending time outdoors.
