Chad Wilkerson serves as the Intensive Case Manager for the OAC grant at Cumberland Heights. A team member since 2019, Chad previously worked over three years as a Recovery Care Advocate in the Men’s Program. His journey into addiction treatment began after achieving five years of sobriety, following a diverse career in pharmacy, tech, and the service industry. Guided by his higher power, Chad found his calling in helping others through their recovery journey. He values the deep relationships he builds with clients, often staying connected with them long after treatment.
Chad approaches his role with humility, supporting others as someone walking the same path—just one day at a time. Outside of work, he’s a talented artist with pieces featured in Nashville hotels, hospitals, and law offices. He lives with his (very vocal) cat and enjoys creating art that reflects his journey and inspires hope.
