Fallon Bechtel serves as the IOP PM Counselor at Cumberland Heights’ Clarksville Intensive Outpatient Program, where she has been in her current role since joining the team. With a diverse background in mental health, Fallon has experience in inpatient and community mental health, crisis intervention, case management, and outpatient therapy.

Her passion lies in supporting patients during early recovery and witnessing the profound transformations that take place. For Fallon, there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the moment a patient finds hope and begins to believe in change.
