Frank Sutton serves as an IOP Counselor at Cumberland Heights, currently supporting patients at the Cool Springs Outpatient Recovery Center. He began his journey with Cumberland Heights in 2025 at the Music Row location before transitioning into his current role. Frank holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee (Nashville campus) and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), actively working toward his LCSW.
Frank’s path into addiction treatment began as a Recovery Coach, where he witnessed firsthand the transformational impact of counseling. Inspired by the work of his colleagues and his personal experience with recovery, he pursued graduate education to deepen his ability to serve others.
He finds joy in celebrating the victories of his patients, especially when they return thriving after treatment. Outside of work, Frank is passionate about literature, languages, and cultural curiosity. A fun fact: he once shared a silent but humorous encounter with Thich Nhat Hanh during college!
