Primary Counselor

Hollie Wilson serves as a Primary Counselor in the Men’s Program at Cumberland Heights. She began her journey at CH as an intern in Extended Care before moving into the men’s program, and she has been a part of the team for over three years. Prior to entering the counseling field, Hollie spent more than two decades in business, including 24 years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an Administrative Manager. After achieving sobriety, she made a midlife career shift and earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, specializing in addictions.

As a two-time alumna of Cumberland Heights, Hollie is passionate about giving back to the place that helped save her life. She finds deep fulfillment in witnessing her patients succeed in recovery—especially when former clients return as staff members.

Hollie is a dog lover and proud pet parent to Charlie, a sweet German/Anatolian Shepherd mix. She enjoys reading, antiquing, road trips, and anything involving water—from the beach to boating.
