Residential Clinical Supervisor

Dean O’Bryan serves as the Residential Clinical Supervisor at Cumberland Heights, bringing deep experience and a personal commitment to recovery. Since joining the team, he has worked his way up from 3rd shift Recovery Assistant to Clinical Associate, then Team Lead at Extended Care, and now into his current leadership role.

Dean holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting, a B.S. in Psychology from Lipscomb University, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Counseling at Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School with the goal of LPC licensure.
