Jeff Wilson

Director of Young Men and Extended Care Programs

Jeff Wilson serves as the Clinical Director of the Young Men’s and Men’s Extended Care Programs at Cumberland Heights. With a decade of experience, he has worked in various roles, including counselor, case manager, and resident peer counselor at Still Waters for Men. His journey with Cumberland Heights began in 2012 when he entered treatment and found sobriety at the age of 22. Inspired by his recovery, he started as a Clinical Associate in the Men’s Program and has since earned a master’s degree in Social Work and LADAC II licensure.

Jeff is passionate about helping young people see that sobriety is possible and fulfilling. He finds great joy in educating patients and their families about addiction, working alongside alumni, and being part of the broader effort to transform how mental health and addiction are addressed nationwide.

Jeff and his wife, Andrea, have been married for six years and have two children, Finn and Max. They recently moved to Fairview and enjoy hiking at Bowie Park or Percy Warner. In his free time, Jeff loves reading, listening to records, and watching football. A proud Cumberland Heights alumnus, he remains deeply committed to the mission of recovery.
