Jennelle Wood serves as a Post Discharge Intensive Case Manager at Cumberland Heights, where she helps individuals navigate early recovery after treatment. Since first joining Cumberland Heights in 2020 as a receptionist, she has also worked as an admissions specialist, gaining valuable experience in supporting those seeking help. Her journey in addiction treatment includes roles at Healing House, The Ranch, and St. Johns Recovery Place, where she managed operations and facilitated step study groups.

Her passion for recovery comes from her own lived experience. After achieving sobriety, Jennelle was deeply impacted by the support she received at Cumberland Heights, which inspired her to dedicate her life to helping others find hope and healing. She finds immense fulfillment in witnessing patients rediscover their self-worth and transform their lives.

Jennelle is married with a four-year-old son, Oliver, and two beloved pets. A proud Disney enthusiast and avid traveler, she has visited five continents and continues to explore the world while working part-time as a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines.
