Jessica Bissinger serves as a Primary Counselor in the Men’s Program at Cumberland Heights. She joined the team in 2025 as a Float Counselor and quickly transitioned into her current role. Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville—where she also played collegiate soccer—and recently earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She also works part-time in private practice.
Inspired by personal experiences with addiction in her family, Jessica was drawn to the field of recovery to help others navigate their healing journey. She finds the most fulfillment in witnessing the transformation that occurs in early recovery—watching individuals rediscover hope, develop self-awareness, and take meaningful steps toward change.
Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and exploring her creative side through art. A lifelong local, she loves being rooted in the Nashville community.
