Jill Kirby has been a dedicated member of the Cumberland Heights team since 2018. With a background in nursing and healthcare administration, Jill brings over 14 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and former Assistant Director of Nursing, paired with six years in Accounts Receivable.
Her journey at Cumberland Heights began as a patient registrar and evolved through several leadership roles before she became Director of Patient Accounting in 2023. Jill is inspired by the authenticity of addiction treatment and finds deep fulfillment in witnessing patients’ transformations—from despair to renewed hope. Prior to joining the team, she also worked in utilization review at American Addiction Centers.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys working out at Burn Bootcamp, watching Alabama football, and spending time with her adult daughter. A fun fact: Jill was once a nationally ranked gymnast!
