Jill Stalnaker joined Cumberland Heights in 2025 as a Business Development Representative, bringing a strong background in nonprofit leadership, recovery advocacy, and community engagement. Prior to joining CH, Jill worked with TN Voices and now serves on their Innovation Board. She also founded Emerge, a local initiative that brings people in recovery together for weekly meals and connection. Earlier in life, she ran her own music agency and homeschooled her five children.
Jill’s personal recovery journey began following a life-changing divorce. Though she doesn’t struggle with substance use disorder, she identifies deeply with the principles of recovery through her work in codependency and the 12 Steps. She’s passionate about supporting people as they rediscover themselves and their worth.
Outside of work, Jill is a proud mom of five and a passionate advocate for women’s issues and criminal justice reform. She enjoys writing, working with incarcerated women, and leads The WOMAN Initiative, a nonprofit supporting women through writing, songwriting, and advocacy.
