Joey Darby serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Cumberland Heights, bringing over 14 years of experience in behavioral health and 20 years in sales and leadership. Since joining the team in 2023, he has been instrumental in expanding the organization’s reach and impact.

His passion for addiction treatment began while working in medical sales alongside pain management physicians, where he witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of the opioid epidemic on patients and families. This experience led him to dedicate his career to behavioral health, where he finds the most fulfillment in building meaningful relationships and witnessing the life-changing transformations of patients in recovery.

Joey is married and recently welcomed a new baby into his family. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and camping. His love for adventure parallels his passion for helping others find new beginnings in recovery.
