Johnny Rosen serves as the Alumni Relations Director at Cumberland Heights, where he has held multiple roles since joining the organization, including Transportation Assistant, Computer Manager, and Aftercare Coordinator. His deep commitment to supporting the recovery journey is backed by a distinguished career in both the creative arts and education.
Johnny is a graduate of Vermont Academy and Rollins College and spent 14 years as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University. Prior to his work in recovery, he built an impressive resume as a recording engineer, radio and TV producer, and feature film line producer—credited with over 5,000 projects. He’s a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient from Vermont Academy and has served as Regional Vice President of the Audio Engineering Society and board member of Belmont University’s School of Music.
Married to his high school sweetheart Gayle for 57 years, Johnny is a proud father, lifelong music and art lover, and a licensed truck driver, pilot, and boat captain.
