Justin Hermanski serves as a Primary Counselor in the Men’s Program at Cumberland Heights, where he has been part of the team for over two years. He began as a Float Counselor before stepping into his current role, bringing a well-rounded perspective to patient care.
Justin holds a master’s degree in counseling and a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, along with licensure as an LAC in Arizona. His professional experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, including roles in utilization review and internal auditing. His path into the field is deeply personal—his own sobriety inspired a desire to help others find lasting recovery.
Justin finds the greatest fulfillment in witnessing the moment hope returns in his patients’ lives. Outside of work, he is married with two children and is actively involved in his church. He enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
