Katie Fuller plays a vital role at Cumberland Heights as the Leadership Team Assistant and Project Coordinator. Since joining in 2021, she has supported our leadership team, assisting with projects that enhance the patient experience. Much of her time is dedicated to coordinating meetings, travel, and correspondence, while also managing a range of special projects. Known for her hands-on approach, Katie embraces “other duties as assigned,” whether it’s decorating for the holidays or keeping the grounds clean.

With a background in education, event coordination, and nonprofit leadership, Katie brings a wealth of experience to her role. Inspired by the life-changing impact Cumberland Heights had on her loved ones, she finds fulfillment in supporting a team dedicated to recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys reading by the pool, yoga, and exploring the mountains of East Tennessee and North Carolina.
