Kay Harris, LPC-MHSP

Men's Program Coordinator

Kay Harris has been a dedicated member of Cumberland Heights since 2011, beginning as a Relapse Counselor in the Men’s Program before being promoted to Clinical Coordinator in 2019. In her current role, she focuses on helping counselors and case managers enhance their therapeutic skills while mentoring interns and orienting new clinicians to the team.

With a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, Kay is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS). Her passion for addiction treatment is deeply personal—she has been in recovery since 1989 and was inspired to help others as she was once helped. Seeing individuals transform through sobriety remains a source of joy and fulfillment in her work.

Kay lives in White Bluff, TN, with her beloved dog, Cassie. She treasures time with her son, daughter-in-law, grandson, granddaughter, and granddaughter-in-law. An avid traveler, she enjoys quilting and cruising, making time for at least one cruise each year.
