LeAnne Pryor serves as a Family Counselor at Cumberland Heights, primarily working within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Since joining the team in 2022 as an intern, she has grown into roles as an IOP Primary Counselor and now facilitates family sessions, groups, and workshops.
LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Tennessee. During her graduate training, she gained experience in residential substance use treatment and worked as a Mobile Crisis Intervention Specialist.
Driven by a desire to reduce stigma around addiction, LeAnne is passionate about helping both patients and families build lasting recovery. She finds fulfillment in witnessing growth, improved communication, and restored connections.
Outside of work, LeAnne enjoys hiking with her Rottweiler, exploring Tennessee’s waterfalls, and caring for her collection of over 50 plants.
