Lee Ann Eaton serves as the Development Events Manager at Cumberland Heights, where she has been part of the team for four years. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit event planning and fundraising, Lee Ann brings a deep commitment to service and a passion for creating meaningful, mission-driven experiences that support recovery.
What makes her role especially personal is her own recovery journey—Lee Ann has been sober for over 38 years. Inspired by Cumberland Heights’ reputation, she long dreamed of joining the team and now finds immense fulfillment in giving back and walking alongside others in recovery. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is witnessing the transformation of lives and the powerful impact of community support.
Outside of work, Lee Ann enjoys baking, gardening, and tackling DIY home projects. She’s married, with a 29-year-old son and a 19-year-old bonus son. Fun fact: she was born in the back seat of her grandfather’s car on Highway 41—just like the song!
