Liz Mayo has been a dedicated member of the Cumberland Heights team since 2016. She began her journey in the Patient Accounting Department as a Financial Advisor and stepped into her current role as Financial Department Coordinator in 2020.
Liz’s connection to Cumberland Heights runs deep. Since 2005, when her husband first entered treatment, she has been actively involved in Family Aftercare (now Alumni Care) and the Alumni Association. The support and education she received during that time inspired her to give back to the community that helped her family heal. Joining the Cumberland Heights staff felt like a natural extension of that journey.
Liz finds fulfillment in seeing lives transformed and is often touched when former patients recognize her around Nashville and express their gratitude. She and her high school sweetheart, Scott, have three children together. In her free time, Liz enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
