Mark Holladay has been part of the Cumberland Heights team for 13 years and became the Extended Care Professionals Program Coordinator in May 2024. His journey into addiction treatment began with a personal connection—he found inspiration watching “Intervention” and “Celebrity Rehab,” which sparked his passion for helping others achieve recovery. Mark holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Social Work. Before joining the recovery field, he was a certified tennis instructor with the USPTA.

The most rewarding part of Mark’s work is witnessing the transformative journeys of patients as they embrace recovery. Mark is married to his soulmate, Maria, and they have two beautiful children. Mark has been a vegan for over 25 years, is passionate about advancing social justice, and spends his free time singing and producing music in his home studio.
