Matthew Rosenberg has been a dedicated member of the Cumberland Heights team since 2020, bringing passion and a diverse professional background to his work in addiction treatment. Currently serving as a Quality Analyst, he has previously held roles as Staff Development Coordinator, CA-Team Leader, Clinical Associate, and Counselor Intern.

With a background in business management from Appalachian State University, Matthew’s career journey began in public relations, operational sales management, and restaurant leadership. However, his personal recovery journey led him to seek a career with meaning and purpose, ultimately guiding him to addiction treatment. He finds fulfillment in witnessing the transformation of clients and the unwavering dedication of Cumberland Heights’ staff.

Matthew is currently pursuing a counseling degree at the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his large family—especially his six nieces and four nephews. A fun fact: He is a quadruplet!
