Megan Faucher serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Cumberland Heights, returning to the team in 2024 after previously working here from 2015 to 2019. She has been a nurse since 2008, earning her BSN from Lipscomb University before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner certification at Austin Peay State University in 2015. Her diverse nursing background includes roles at Vanderbilt, travel nursing, dialysis, and occupational health. She began working in addiction treatment in 2014 as an RN at Bradford, and her first NP position was at Cumberland Heights under Dr. Sledge.
Megan is deeply inspired by her colleagues, whose dedication to addiction treatment has shown her the power of recovery. She finds fulfillment in witnessing patients’ progress and knowing her work has a ripple effect on families and communities.
She is married to a retired Army veteran and has two children, ages 8 and 12. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and riding her Peloton.
