Stacey Ricks joined Cumberland Heights as HR Director in June 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. A graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Stacey began her HR career at American Paper & Twine and has since cultivated a passion for creating supportive work environments.

Inspired by the mission of addiction treatment and recovery, Stacey values being part of a team dedicated to helping others rebuild their lives. She finds fulfillment in fostering a workplace where staff can thrive and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and families.

Outside of work, Stacey cherishes time with her family, especially her beloved grandbabies, who are her world. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Stacey also enjoys connecting with others and contributing to the positive culture at Cumberland Heights.
