Susan Grimes has been part of the Cumberland Heights team for 12 years, serving as Medical Records Supervisor and Privacy Officer. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Health Information Management from Sinclair Community College and is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) through the American Health Information Management Association.

Prior to joining Cumberland Heights, Susan worked in acute care coding, as well as at the Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Lindner Center of HOPE. With a career rooted in behavioral health, she enjoys the variety each day brings and takes pride in helping patients and families navigate the complexities of recovery.

Originally from Ohio (and a proud Buckeye!), Susan has been married for over 30 years, with two grown children and two grandchildren. She loves traveling, cooking, and spending time with family. Fun fact: her first trip to Nashville was solo at age 19 for Fan Fair in 1985—and she’s loved the city ever since.
