Teena Walker serves as HR Generalist at Cumberland Heights, bringing nearly 25 years of dedication to the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has worn many hats, beginning in Admissions before moving into roles in Accounts Receivable, Utilization Review, Business Development, and as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Her deep understanding and passion for Cumberland Heights’ mission make her an invaluable asset to the HR team.

Teena’s commitment to addiction recovery is personal, as she has seen firsthand how addiction affects families. She finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the transformation of patients and their loved ones as they embrace recovery.

Teena is married and has a 26-year-old child who has blessed her with a beautiful, energetic, and sassy granddaughter, Karsen. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending quality time with family and friends.
