Tina Reddy serves as a Primary Counselor in the Women’s Program at Cumberland Heights, a role she has held on and off since first joining the team in 2015. Over the years, she’s also served as a Weekend Supervisor and Women’s Family Counselor, bringing depth and continuity to her work in addiction treatment.
Tina began her career in the field in 1989, starting as a PRN tech in Tampa, Florida. She re-entered the profession in 2003 and earned her LADAC credential in 2011, later advancing to LADAC II and QCS in 2023. Deeply influenced by her own recovery, Tina brings a personal passion to her work, especially in supporting women through relational and family healing.
Married for 36 years, Tina is a proud mother and grandmother—having homeschooled four of her six children and now celebrating 12 grandchildren. A creative spirit, she enjoys spinning yarn, crocheting, and treasures the family stories reflected in her ink.
