Traci Ferguson has been a dedicated member of the Cumberland Heights team for 20 years, currently serving as the Clinical Administrative Assistant for the Women’s, Young Men’s, and Extended Care programs. Her journey began in 2004 in the Housekeeping Department before transitioning to a Clinical Associate (CA) role in the Women’s Program in 2009. She later became Team Lead for the Women’s CA team before stepping into her current position in 2024.

Traci’s inspiration to work in addiction treatment grew from witnessing the transformation of patients firsthand. Being in recovery herself, she feels blessed to share her experience, strength, and hope with those beginning their journey. She finds deep fulfillment in watching patients arrive broken and leave with renewed hope and healing.

Traci is married to Jason Ferguson, also a longtime Cumberland Heights employee. Together, they have a blended family of five children, 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She loves the beach, especially New Smyrna Beach, where she and Jason vacation annually. A fun fact—Jason proposed to her on the Cumberland Heights campus in 2007!
