William Branson serves as the Clinical Director for ARCH Academy at the Harpeth Campus, bringing over eight years of experience at Cumberland Heights. His journey with the organization began as a float counselor in the Young Men’s and Youth Programs, later progressing to roles as a Youth Primary Counselor and Youth Clinical Coordinator before stepping into his current leadership position.

William holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University. His passion for addiction treatment was sparked during his first internship, where he worked with homeless individuals struggling with schizophrenia and addiction. That experience solidified his commitment to helping individuals navigate challenges and rebuild their lives.

Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and pursuing hobbies that keep him active. He remains dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to young men on their journey to recovery.
